Job summary

You will work with store leadership to deliver outstanding service, master the POS, and maintain shelves and displays. Must be 16+, with a flexible schedule in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture with feedback and core values.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom operations.
• Work with Store Management to exceed personal performance objectives.
• Act as a brand ambassador and share knowledge about product collaborations, launches, and initiatives.
• Adhere to HEYDUDE policies including Asset Protection and inventory control.
