Petsense by Tractor Supply in Grovetown, GA seeks a team member to assist the Store Manager and Assistant, delivering outstanding customer service while promoting a safe, productive work environment and training Team Members on policies and procedures.

The role includes merchandising, opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and live-animal care. Applicants should be at least 18 with a valid driverf license and may have retail or supervisory experience.

Formación

• Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driverfs license.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Uphold and promote a safe and productive work environment by following policies and procedures.
• Support selling initiatives (TEAM) and engage with customers to promote products or services.
• Execute basic, promotional, and seasonal merchandising activities.
• Perform Opening/Closing procedures and store deposits.
• Organize and prioritize workflow using the daily planner.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Adhere to loss prevention standards and respond to alarms as needed.
• Operate cash register and reconcile cash drawers daily.
• Train Team Members and complete all required documentation.
