Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving operational, sales, and merchandising objectives while delivering outstanding customer service. The role includes training Team Members, promoting safety, and ensuring a positive customer experience, with emphasis on living animal care and adherence to policies.

The position requires flexible shifts, strong leadership, and ability to manage multiple duties including

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies.
• Assist customers and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist in training Team Members on policies and procedures.
