Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (retail preferred).
• Associate degree in business or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Must work Mondays, Fridays, at least three Saturdays per month, and the first and last day of each month.
• Must open the store at least 2 days/week and close at least 2 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and model Goodwill’s values
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate store team members
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate store team members
• Manage store operations to meet budget, sales, and donor value goals
• Schedule and maintain labor and payroll within policy guidelines
• Ensure proper stewardship and processing of donations within 24 hours
• Maintain store image, safety, loss prevention, and security standards
• Stay current on retail trends, pricing, and competitive practices
• Lead operations using Goodwill’s Guiding Principles and performance metrics
