Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (retail preferred).
• Associate degree in business or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Must open the store at least 2 days/week and close at least 2 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and model Goodwill’s values.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate store team members.
• Manage store operations to meet budget, sales, and donor value goals.
• Schedule and maintain labor and payroll within policy guidelines.
• Ensure proper stewardship and processing of donations within 24 hours.
• Maintain store image, safety, loss prevention, and security standards.
