Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio is hiring a full-time Store Team Lead/Shift Manager at our Massillon, Ohio location. You will help run daily store operations and lead a team to meet performance goals.

The role requires leadership experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong customer service. You will also manage registers, merchandise sorting and pricing, and report on store metrics.

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a leadership role.
