Qualifications

• 18+ months retail Team Member experience.
• 6+ months of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Team Leader with sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Develop store layout and product merchandising.
• Analyze sales, reports, and labor.
• Assist team leader in annual sales and expense projections and budget preparation.
• Assist team leader with ordering and inventory management.
• Work with Team Leader to resolve team concerns or issues.
• Functions as point person and departmental lead in absence of Team Leader.
• Set and achieve the highest standards of retail execution.
• Foster a positive environment of teamwork and morale.
• Maintain awareness of customer flows and direct Team Members to delight customers.
• Select, train, mentor, motivate, and counsel Team Members.
• Communicate and maintain Team Member safety and security standards.
• Provide timely performance evaluations.
• Model WFM vision and goals.
