Job summary

SHOE SHOW, INC. seeks an experienced Keyholder for SHOE DEPT. ENCORE #1537 in COLORADO SPRINGS, CO. This role assists the Store Manager, drives sales, and maintains exceptional customer service on the sales floor.

The Keyholder opens/closes, manages registers, counts cash, processes deposits, ensures proper staffing, merchandises effectively, and promotes promotions while keeping the store clean and organized. You’ll engage customers and foster brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• One year of management/supervisory experience.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must have a passion for excellent customer service.
• Must be available various hours including AM/PM and weekends.
• Must be able to operate company computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading store team to provide knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient customer service.
• Open and close the store, handle registers, count cash, complete deposits, and prepare sales floor for customers.
• Assess staffing needs, ensure coverage, and support the team in sales, cashiering, stocking, and product transfers.
• Tag merchandise, apply promotions and security sensors, and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Engage customers to promote sales and build brand loyalty, developing leadership skills.
