This role combines opening/closing duties, register operations, cash handling, stock transfers, merchandising, promotions, and floor readiness, with leadership development opportunities and a focus on store success.

Qualifications

• One year supervisory or management experience.
• One year retail experience preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must have a passion for excellent customer service.
• Must be available various hours including AM/PM and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and manage daily operations.
• Handle registers and count cash; prepare bank deposits.
• Prepare the sales floor for customers and ensure stock availability.
• Tag merchandise, apply promotions and security sensors; maintain cleanliness.
• Engage customers to promote sales and build brand loyalty.
