Job summary

SHOE SHOW, INC., the country's largest privately held footwear retailer, is seeking an experienced Keyholder to join SHOE DEPT. #379 in Gautier, MS.

This role supports Store Managers by guiding the team and delivering friendly, knowledgeable customer service. You will open/close the store, handle registers, assist with staff coverage, stock merchandise, apply promotions, and help build brand loyalty through proactive customer engagement.

Qualifications

• One year prior management/supervisory experience required.
• One year retail experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Passion for excellent customer service.
• Must be available various hours including AM/PM and weekends.
• Must be able to operate company computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and handle cash registers.
• Assess staffing needs and ensure balanced coverage.
• Assist sales, cashiering, stocking, and product transfers.
• Tag merchandise, apply promotions and security sensors, maintain cleanliness.
• Engage customers to promote sales and build brand loyalty.
