Job summary

Shoe Show, Inc. in Glasgow, KY seeks a professional Keyholder to support store leadership and deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service.

You will help supervise daily operations, balance staff coverage, and promote brand loyalty while modeling the company’s service standards. The role offers hands-on leadership development through hands-on responsibilities such as opening/closing the store, handling cash, merchandising, and assisting customers on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• One year prior management/supervisory skills required.
• One year retail experience preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must have a passion for excellent customer service.
• Must be available various hours including AM/PM and weekends.
• Must be able to operate company computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading the store team to provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Open and close the store, handle registers and balancing cash.
• Prepare the sales floor, count cash, and complete deposits.
• Monitor staffing levels and support sales, cashiering, stocking, and transfers.
• Tag merchandise, apply promotions and security sensors, maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Engage customers and promote sales while building brand loyalty.
