Job summary

SHOE SHOW, INC. in Alice, TX is seeking a motivated Keyholder to support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive friendly, efficient service. You’ll help open/close, assist customers, and lead the team in absence of the manager to maintain store standards.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for great service, with a goal of maximizing sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• One year prior management/supervisory skills required.
• One year retail experience preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must have a passion for excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store; handle registers; count cash; prepare deposits; ready sales floor.
• Assess staffing needs; support sales, cashiering, stocking and product transfers.
• Tag merchandise; apply promotions and security sensors; maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Engage customers; promote sales; build brand loyalty.
