Job summary

SHOE SHOW, INC. is seeking an experienced Keyholder for the Cambridge, OH location (SHOE DEPT. #876). The role supports the Store Manager in guiding the team to provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service, while fostering a positive store environment.

Keyholders assist with opening/closing, cash handling, deposits, and sales floor readiness. They lead by example, promote promotions, and help maintain store standards and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior management/supervisory experience.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must have a passion for excellent customer service.
• Must be available various hours including AM/PM and weekends.
• Must be able to operate company computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading store team to deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
• Open/close the store, handle registers, count cash, prepare deposits, and stock the sales floor.
• Assess staffing needs and ensure balanced coverage while supporting sales, cashiering, stocking, and transfers.
• Tag merchandise, apply promotions and security sensors, maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Engage customers, promote sales, and build brand loyalty, acting as leader when managers are unavailable.
