Job summary

SHOE SHOW, INC. is seeking an experienced Keyholder for SHOE DEPT. ENCORE #1747 in Dearborn, MI. The role supports store managers, leads operations, and delivers knowledgeable, friendly customer service to drive sales and brand loyalty.

You will assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and supervising staff, while promoting a positive environment and ensuring product availability and display standards.

Qualifications

• One year of management or supervisory experience required.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Available for varying hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Able to operate company computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, handle registers, count cash, complete bank deposits, and prep the sales floor.
• Assess staffing needs and provide balanced coverage.
• Support the team in sales, cashiering, stocking, and product transfers.
• Tag merchandise and apply promotions and security sensors.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Engage customers to promote sales and build brand loyalty.
