SHOE SHOW, INC. in Columbia, SC is seeking an experienced Keyholder to assist Store Managers in guiding the store team and delivering knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient customer service.

You will help create a positive environment and act as the leader in charge when the Store or Assistant Manager is not present. Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, handling registers, counting cash, deposits, stocking, merchandising, applying promotions and sensors, and promoting sales to

Qualifications

• One year prior management/supervisory skills required.
• One year retail experience preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must have a passion for excellent customer service.
• Must be available various hours including AM/PM and weekends.
• Must be able to operate company computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Open or close the store and manage daily operations.
• Handle registers, count cash, and prepare bank deposits.
• Prepare the sales floor for customers and ensure proper merchandising.
• Assess staffing needs and ensure balanced coverage.
• Support the team in sales, cashiering, stocking, and product transfers.
• Tag merchandise, apply promotions and security sensors and maintain cleanliness.
