Job summary

Yesway is seeking a store supervisor to assist the Store Manager with training and development of staff, scheduling, and resolving customer concerns. The role includes ensuring compliance with regulations, audits, proper stocking, and overseeing guest transactions while monitoring profits and operations across the store.

Experience in supervising others in fast food, restaurant, retail, or convenience settings is preferred; a High School Diploma or GED is required with certification testing upon

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; and
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities including training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Scheduling employees for shifts.
• Resolving store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions; and
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
