Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Sales) to support store leadership and drive daily retail operations.

You will lead customer service, manage the POS and stock room, and promote pricing and loyalty initiatives while collaborating with the Store Manager on task delegation and store performance. You will bring 2–3 years of retail experience, a proactive leadership mindset, and flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience, with preference for store leadership roles.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and extended hours.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to inspire and empower teams while driving performance.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for driving is an essential function.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas and concerns, while demonstrating Crocs values.
• Assist with daily retail operations, including consumer service, POS, stock room, pricing, and promotions.
• Oversee store-wide operations in partnership with Store Manager to ensure timely completion of daily tasks.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and brand initiatives.
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection, shortage prevention, and inventory control.
• Models best practices and partners with Store Management to drive sales performance and KPI achievement.
