Responsibilities

• Support the store leadership team and drive customer experience.
• Coach and develop associates to meet sales and productivity goals.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure timely product flow to the sales floor.
