Job summary

Vans is seeking a part-time Supervisor to support the store's leadership team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising, and store standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will partner with store leadership to maximize profitability, foster an inclusive team culture, and deliver strong results while maintaining brand standards and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop diverse teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach associates; drive customer engagement.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing and stock flow.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment.
