Job summary

Vans is seeking a Supervisor to support the store's leadership team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will coach associates, ensure merchandising and store standards, and drive profitability in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to supervise daily operations, manage stockroom flow, and maintain brand standards while fostering an inclusive, collaborative team culture. Training and onboarding support are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the store’s leadership team and drive an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead by example, coach and develop associates, and ensure store standards.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations and proper product flow to the sales floor.
• Promote community engagement and uphold safety and operational procedures.
