Job summary

Vans is seeking a Supervisor to support the store leadership team and drive exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure operations across engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

Working with the Store Manager, you will help maximize profitability, foster an inclusive culture, and mentor a fast-paced team in a vibrant retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support store team to achieve and exceed sales goals by monitoring KPIs and individual goals.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset during interactions.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high engagement and productivity.
• Supervise daily store operations: opening/closing, floor coverage, task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations: organize inventory, process shipments, ensure product flow.
