Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• 0-5 years of retail or bookstore experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• General computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises sales team members; schedules hours, trains, and ensures policies.
• Greet customers, answer phones, resolve escalated issues for an exceptional service.
• Handle cash operations, deposits, and end-of-month reporting.
• Stock shelves, manage inventory, and maintain merchandising standards.
• Serve as keyholder with opening/closing responsibilities.
• Support store operations and assist during peak seasons.
