Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager, Sales Full Time to lead our store team in delivering memorable guest experiences while driving daily sales and operations.

You will partner with the Store Manager to open and close the store, manage cash handling, inventory, merchandising, and pricing, and ensure the team embodies Crocs' values in every interaction.

This role requires a passion for retail, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to motivate others in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience, preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Valid driver’s license may be required if driving is essential.
• Ability to move merchandise and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver outstanding consumer experiences and drive sales.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Manage POS, stock room, replenishment, pricing, and markdowns.
