Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service and team development in North Wales, PA. You will assist with daily store functions, support training of associates, ensure merchandise is stocked, and uphold company policies while delivering a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, handling directives, maintaining displays, and assisting with payroll and loss prevention in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions or concerns in a positive manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and losses prevention.
