Job summary

Sierra At TJX Stores in Burlington, VT, is seeking a Key Carrier who supports the store leadership team and maintains high standards of customer service. This role alternates with Coordinator duties and may serve as Manager on Duty when needed.

Open availability including nights and weekends is required. You will coach Associates, supervise tasks, and help protect store assets while ensuring a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong coaching and delegation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience.
• Act as Manager on Duty and uphold policy and procedures.
• Ensure store tasks align with the store plan and prioritize as needed.
• Coach Associates and provide feedback and recognition.
• Maintain proper Associate coverage and adherence to labor laws.
