Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience and supports daily store operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty following company policy.
• Ensure proper staffing coverage and priority task execution.
• Coach associates and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Adhere to labor laws, safety guidelines, and brand standards.
• Open/close procedures and accurate reporting to management.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and shrink reduction goals.
