Sierra at TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Key Carrier who supports store leadership and drives forward excellent customer service. This role alternates with Coordinator and may lead in the absence of the Manager on Duty, requiring open evenings and weekend availability.

Key Carriers model strong teamwork, uphold store procedures, coach staff, and ensure store operations run smoothly. The position emphasizes leadership, flexibility, and dedication to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Able to work nights and weekends
• Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
• Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
• Proven problem solving skills
• Able to coach and delegate tasks
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience
• Maintains confidentiality and integrity
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to policy
• Ensures staff performs tasks per store plan
• Coaches Associates on customer service
• Ensures adherence to labor policies and procedures
• Maintains proper Associate coverage in service areas
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed
• Communicates priorities and progress with management
• Participates in training and development of Associates
