Job summary

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• 2-3 years of retail experience
• Flexibility in the work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our V.I.B.E.S service model
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations
• Lead by example on the sales floor and work with Store Management to achieve sales goals
• Manage day-to-day team activities, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely follow-up
• Serve as a brand ambassador, staying informed about product launches and brand initiatives to elevate customer experience
• Adhere to all HEYDUDE policies including asset protection, shortage prevention, and inventory control
