Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Carlsbad, CA to lead store operations, coaching the team, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will manage scheduling, training, and daily activities to ensure smooth performance and adherence to policies.

As a cap expert and team leader, you will drive sales, maintain visual standards, and uphold the Lids brand across all store duties, while creating a fun, inclusive environment and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, and store operations when the Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS Training Programs; set goals and follow up on sales and tasks.
• Maintain a respectful, inclusive team environment and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
