Responsibilities include staffing, training, compliance with policies, inventory management, and maintaining store standards. This role reports to the Store Manager and supports daily retail excellence.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Hire and train store personnel while enforcing policies.
• Ensure excellent customer service and execution of selling strategies.
• Manage cash, opening/closing duties, and inventory processes.
