Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Pennsylvania to lead daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales performance. You will partner with the Store Manager to supervise staff, manage schedules, and uphold brand standards across merchandising and store presentation.

Responsibilities include coaching team members, handling customer escalations, and ensuring efficient store operations while maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Lids selling strategy to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Resolve customer feedback and escalations on the spot to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to visual guidelines and maintain store cleanliness and display standards.
• Open, close, and manage store operations, including cash handling and inventory counts.
