Deckers Brands is seeking a Sales Lead for our UGG stores in a fast-paced retail environment. You will deliver exceptional customer service, greet customers, and communicate our brand and return policy clearly. You will also assist with cash handling, inventory checks, and merchandising while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

You will lead a team, recognize strong performance, and help meet store goals while representing Deckers brands and sustainability initiatives in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Ability to multi-task in a face-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences that drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Handle cash register and respond to customer questions and returns.
• Maintain stock, inventory checks, and visual merchandising per standards.
• Promote a positive work environment and recognize outstanding performance.
