Job summary

Family Dollar in Bonham, TX is seeking a friendly part-time associate to greet customers, help with merchandise selection and location, and efficiently complete sales at the register. You will support store operations daily and uphold a welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities include guiding team members on store practices, assisting with inventory and deliveries, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and stepping in to open or close the store when managers are unavailable.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Retail management experience preferred.
• Able to read, interpret and explain operational directives.
