Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions
• Help organize merchandise flow from delivery to stockroom to sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Maintain store areas and displays to company standards
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash handling as needed
• Assist in training and developing Store Associates
• Ensure a safe, positive environment for customers and staff
