Job summary

Family Dollar in Pottsboro, Texas is seeking a customer-focused associate to support daily store operations and deliver excellent service. You will assist customers with merchandise selection, complete sales, and help maintain inventory and store appearance.

The role includes helping the Store Manager with daily activities, stocking shelves, and providing operational support to cashiers. Flexibility for opening/closing duties and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with merchandise.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve inquiries.
• Handle transactions using the POS system.
• Unload deliveries, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and asset protection.
• Open or close store in absence of managers.
