We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Store Team Lead Coach to oversee all aspects of store operations. In this role, you’ll lead teams, drive performance, manage budgets, and ensure a safe, organized, and customer-focused environment while developing future leaders within the organization.
Deliver outstanding customer service and model Goodwill’s values
Hire, train, coach, and evaluate store team members
Hire, train, coach, and evaluate store team members
Manage store operations to meet budget, sales, and donor value goals
Schedule and maintain labor and payroll within policy guidelines
Ensure proper stewardship and processing of donations within 24 hours
Maintain store image, safety, loss prevention, and security standards
Stay current on retail trends, pricing, and competitive practices
Lead operations using Goodwill’s Guiding Principles and performance metrics
Leadership role with real impact on people and community

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (retail preferred)
Associate degree in business or related field preferred

Expected to work Mondays, Fridays, at least three Saturdays per month, and the first and last day of each month
Must open the store at least 2 days/week and close at least 2 days/week
