Lids, a leading sports apparel retailer, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Vancouver, WA. You will be responsible for coaching and guiding store associates, executing sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive performance.

As a hands-on leader, you will manage scheduling, training, and daily operations while upholding Lids brand standards and ensuring a welcoming, inclusive environment for your team and customers.
