Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will act as manager on duty, schedule staff, train associates, and enforce policy while upholding store standards and brand integrity.

You will drive sales, manage inventory, ensure visual merchandising, and maintain cash controls. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for sports fashion and customer experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, execute, and assist selling strategy to achieve KPIs and customer service excellence.
