Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal and clear verbal communication.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty to handle scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead store associates through training and goal setting.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store appearance.
• Manage cash handling and till reconciliation.
• Prepare for inventory audits and support counts.
• Open and close the store following SOPs.
