Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and supervise store team to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain high service standards.
• Ensure adherence to visual standards, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
• Execute store operations, cash handling, and inventory controls daily.
• Coordinate training and development using Lids programs and guidelines.
• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and supporting store performance initiatives.
