Job summary

Rally House is seeking a Team Captain to guide store teams, set floor pace, and energize shifts. You will direct daily operations, coach teammates in real time, and uphold service standards to create memorable experiences for guests.

The role emphasizes leadership, clear communication, and urgency to drive sales while maintaining an engaging, sports-focused environment. Part-time hours accommodate day, night, and weekend events at our Arlington location.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and featured local sports events.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new team members and maintain a high-energy, high-commitment store culture.
• Model service behaviors and standards; provide coaching and feedback.
• Lead shift tasks, delegate priorities, and ensure execution of store routines.
• Manage merchandising standards, floor sets, and product placement.
• Lead service coverage and handle guest concerns with confidence.
