Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and local sports events.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform a variety of store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new team members and guide the floor team.
• Provide in‑the‑moment coaching and feedback to teammates.
• Lead recovery, replenishment, and fixture resets during shifts.
• Ensure service coverage and uphold Rally House service standards.
• Drive sales through guest focus and timely execution of promotions and events.
