Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring; assign duties and communicate expectations.
• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates; conduct store tours and provide feedback (Tour-to-Teach).
• Ensure customer service excellence by modeling Walmart's One Best Way service standards and resolving issues promptly.
• Drive store performance by reviewing P&L, budgeting, and controlling expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
