Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Store Support Team Leader to assist in scheduling, supervision, and day-to-day flow of the department. You will support the Store Support Team Leader and Associate Team Leader to ensure smooth operation and uphold company standards and safety protocols.

The role emphasizes coaching Team Members, maintaining product availability, resolving customer issues, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment while adhering to store policies and health

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and delegate tasks to Team Members.
• Train Team Members with learning checklists and materials.
• Assist in training new Team Members; maintain clean, stocked shelves.
• Resolve difficult customer situations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate team concerns to leadership and uphold standards.
• Provide timely performance evaluations and support a high-performance team.
