Whole Foods Market in Boulder is seeking a Store Support Team Supervisor to help schedule and supervise the Store Support Team, ensuring smooth daily operations of the department and alignment with company SOPs.

You will train team members, maintain stock, resolve customer issues, and uphold health and safety standards in accordance with WFM policies. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Formación

• Extensive knowledge of Store Support team procedures and policies.
• Ability to teach others in a positive and constructive manner.
• Advanced product knowledge and awareness of new products.
• Strong interpersonal, motivational and team-building skills.
• Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and operations apps.
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Team Members.
• Trains Team Members with learning checklists and materials.
• Maintains clean, stocked shelves and proper rotation.
• Resolves difficult customer situations and ensures exceptional service.
• Communicates team concerns to leadership and attendance issues.
• Sets high standards of retail execution and teamwork.
• Mentors and counsels Team Members to minimize turnover.
