Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Team Members.
• Works with Team Trainer to train Team Members for high performance.
• Assists in training of new Team Members using learning materials.
• Keeps cases and shelves clean, stocked and rotated.
• Resolves difficult customer situations.
• Ensures all breaks are given.
• Communicates concerns to Team Leader and Associate Team Leader.
• Communicates attendance issues to Team Leader and Store Leadership.
• Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution.
• Fosters a positive environment of teamwork and morale.
• Manages customer flow and directs Team Members accordingly.
• Trains, develops, mentors, motivates, and counsels Team Members.
• Provides timely performance evaluations and aligns with WFM goals.
