Job summary

Whole Foods Market, Inc is seeking a Prepared Foods Team Member Supervisor in Colorado to assist in scheduling and supervising Team Members, and to maintain attractive Prepared Foods, coffee, and juice displays. You will support the Team Leader to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold health, safety, and company standards.

You will train new staff, mentor team members, and ensure excellent customer service while promoting store programs and core values.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Work in an environment with variable temperatures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and delegate tasks to Prepared Foods Team Members.
• Train Team Members with learning checklists and materials.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked cases and shelves with proper rotation.
• Open and close the department per procedures.
• Provide timely performance evaluations and support team development.
• Communicate concerns to Team Leader and Associate Team Leader.
• Uphold retail execution standards and positive team morale.
