Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Minnetonka seeks an experienced supervisor to assist with scheduling and overseeing the Stock Crew. You will ensure efficient department flow, maintain compelling displays, and support team leaders to deliver top-notch customer service while adhering to health, safety, and SOPs.

The role requires strong leadership, training abilities, and a commitment to WFM core values. A flexible schedule incl. nights/weekends may be needed to support store operations.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and delegate tasks based on department needs.
• Resolve team concerns with leadership.
• Respond to customer and Team Member needs and concerns.
• Assist in sorting and stocking processes for at least 75% of shift.
• Assist in training using checklists and materials.
• Maintain a positive work environment with high morale.
• Complete inventory, spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
• Track productivity of stocking crew using the case count tracker.
• Open and close department per procedures.
• Set and achieve high standards of retail execution.
• Foster teamwork and mutual respect.
• Monitor customer flows and direct Team Members to meet needs.
• Hire, train, develop, mentor, motivate and counsel Team Members.
• Provide timely performance evaluations.
• Communicate and model WFM vision and goals.
