Whole Foods Market in Highland Village, TX seeks a Store Support Leader to help schedule, supervise, and manage the day-to-day flow of the Store Support Team, while supporting the Store Support Team Leader and Associate Team Leaders to ensure smooth operations.

You will train team members, maintain shelves, resolve customer issues, and uphold health and safety standards; the role requires leadership, teamwork, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Team Members.
• Trains Team Members with learning checklists and materials.
• Assists in training of new Team Members.
• Keeps cases and shelves clean, stocked, rotated.
• Resolves difficult customer situations.
• Ensures breaks are given.
• Communicates team concerns to Team Leader.
• Notifies attendance issues to leadership.
• Sets and achieves high retail execution standards.
• Fosters a positive environment of teamwork and morale.
• Manages customer flows and meets needs of customers.
• Mentors and counsels Team Members to maintain high performance.
• Provides timely performance evaluations.
