Job summary

Five Below is looking for a Crew/Store Associate with strong leadership and customer service skills to help manage daily operations in our Easley store. You will greet customers, assist with transactions, and support the team in stocking and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and delivers fast, friendly checkout experiences.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and supports daily store operations.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure effective performance and service quality.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast on-floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash handling, doors, alarms, and daily readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drives store sales, monitors expenses, and looks for merchandising improvements and operating efficiencies.
• Collaborates with the store leadership team on merchandising and workflow optimization.
• Performs routine store maintenance and safety checks.
